What Is a Sleep Apnea Dental Appliance?

A sleep apnea dental appliance (also known as an oral appliancemandibular advancement device, or mouth/oral sleep device) is a custom designed small mouthpiece worn during sleep. It gently moves your lower jaw forward to keep the airway open and prevent the throat from collapsing.

This helps:

  • Reduce or eliminate apnea episodes

  • Improve oxygen flow to your lungs and body

  • Minimize snoring

  • Boost sleep quality and daytime energy

Who Is It For?

Dental appliances are recommended for people who:

  • Have mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea

  • Are unable to tolerate CPAP therapy or wish to try another solution

  • Prefer a quiet, travel-friendly solution

  • Snore heavily and experience daytime fatigue

  • Have been referred by a sleep physician or have completed a sleep study

We’ll help determine if you’re a good candidate and work with your physician to coordinate care.

We offer - Simple easy at-home sleep study analysis to see if you're a good fit for a custom OSA sleep apnea appliance.
